
Visualize a feather with the word “Peace” on it. Inhale effortlessly through your nose. Gently floating , landing down in your mind. Resting there. Breath out gently from your mouth. Repeat 10 or more times. Are you really relaxed now? Do this practice for as long as you like and then begin your day.
Could there be another word you resonate with more right now? Feel free to use any word that moves you.
